For families actively exploring senior living options, TrueGuide often provides placement guidance services at no cost when partnering with participating senior living communities. We help families identify appropriate options, coordinate tours, compare communities, and navigate the move-in process with education-first support and advocacy.


In many cases, TrueGuide is compensated by the senior living community after a successful move-in. Any private consulting arrangements or fee-based services are always discussed transparently in advance.


Family Guidance & Planning


Some families need more personalized support before making major decisions especially when navigating caregiver stress, dementia concerns, changing safety needs, family disagreements, or situations where a move may not happen immediately.


TrueGuide provides ongoing guidance, care planning support, family conversations, aging-in-place guidance, home safety recommendations, and personalized support to help families better understand their options and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
